The CFEU team is an amazing resource to tap into. The Officers are knowledgeable and hard working and have been key to the successful licensing prosecutions here at TBC. The team can help with as little or as much of investigation and prosecution work, which really helps when you have a team that are still growing in experience and skills. We look forward to continuing working together

Michelle Bignell, Licensing Team Leader, Tewkesbury Borough Council

CFEU is a valued partner providing expertise, advice and delivering real outcomes which prevent fraud and help protect the Council’s housing assets

Stafford Cruse, Head of Finance and IT, Cheltenham Borough Homes

We have appreciated the opportunity to work with the CFEU Partnership.  The collaborative efforts between our teams have been instrumental in delivering a robust, user-friendly platform that effectively supports our shared objectives, to the extent that we have been able to address and terminate fraudulent activities

Cordelia Imoni, Watermans Housing Co-Op

Working with a dedicated counter fraud team allows us to deliver services knowing that our approach to fraud prevention and detection is built into service provision. With the CFEU partnered with us we know that our policies will reflect best practice and that data matching will help us identify any areas for investigation by the team. All this work helps us ensure that our services are protected and that our council partners and taxpayers funds are as secure as possible.
